A perfect way to relax during a busy working day. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.
This is an opportunity to calm and focus your mind by participating in a guided meditation followed by brief instructions on how to use the experience of meditation to positively affect all aspects of daily life. No need to enroll...just come along!
