Lunchtime "Take a Break" Meditation

This 30 minute meditation break is held each Friday from  12:15  pm  to  12:45  pm.  A

brief guided meditation to help you settle in will be followed by an opportunity for a 20 minute silent meditation.  This short meditation is designed to offer you an opportunity in your day to connect to your heart and cultivate inner peace as you wind down your week and step into your weekend.  No previous meditation experience is necessary.
